1.Breakfast was great that I never missed one during my stay. It was with enough options of carbs, protein (freshly cooked omelet), and fruit. I enjoyed the coffee both from mini bar in the room and at the breakfast lounge every morning. 2.Swimming pool and gym was well facilitated. It would be great if the swimming pool open earlier to 6:00 am. 3.Conference area at the reception was great. 4.Decent table in the room for working. 5.Nice bed 6.Nice to have filtered tap water

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful and the access to the hotel is easy. There are many places to sit at the hotel between the restaurant and lobby, and the pools are clean and enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, however a bit tight for 2 people. Breakfast was also enjoyable. This hotel made our Singapore trip a memorable one.

The room was very clean and nicely furnished and the bed was super comfy. I particularly liked the bathroom layout (separate shower & separate toilet). The pool was quiet when we stayed (end of March) so I managed to swim for half an hour without anyone else in the pool. The hotel is in a great location - within walking distance of Raffles Long Bar; we used the Grab app to travel everywhere else (Gardens by the Bay, The Marina Bay Sands and China town etc). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay. Staff were very helpful too.

The location is great, bed and linen were exceptionally comfortable. Great breakfast, would be nice to have roasted coffee though, not just capsuled. Friendly and helpful stuff.

The room was a good size — we could easily open two large suitcases. It was clean, well-maintained, and had daily housekeeping. We booked a one room with city view and it delivered – beautiful view. Beds were comfortable with two pillows per person (one small, one large). The soundproofing was excellent — we couldn’t hear a thing from other rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the doorman was especially kind and always offered to help with luggage. The location was great and very convenient. We also loved the rooftop bar – it was mostly empty, so we practically had the space to ourselves. The view from there was really nice. On rainy days, the hotel provided umbrellas by the entrance, which was thoughtful.

Impeccable hotel stay. FANTASTICALLY helpful and friendly staff - each and every single person was so lovely to me and my family. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone engaged with my toddler in a kind and entertaining way. Thank you so much - you should be really proud of the quality of service you offer. Clean and contemporary facilities and decor. Both pools were great to swim in and really pleasant to come back to after sightseeing. The hotel is right in the middle of: Suntec City - great mall Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay - hire bikes for cheap on a local app for a fun activity The civic district - colonial architecture and the Singapore Parliament Lots of great museums - the Peranakan Museum is my favourite I enjoyed the Indonesian lemongrass noodles for breakfast - this should be a menu staple as I missed it on my second breakfast. I'm Coeliac, and appreciated the special section for specific food requirements.

Location central and close to everything. MTR across the road. Within walking distance to several shopping centres. Down the road from Clarke Quay and within 1/2 hr walk to Chinatown/ Marina Bay. Hotel is new and staff very attentive. View from roof top bar/pool amazing.

A beautiful, newer hotel in the perfect place in Singapore. Walking distance for many attractions, close to the train station, close to a bus stop, and very easy taxi availability. Stunning looking, with fantastic restaurants, and very helpful staff. Our room was beautifully modern, with a super comfortable bed, large TV, huge shower, very comfortable robes, and a safe for our belongings. A beautiful pool and lounge, with another pool on a rooftop bar with delicious Mexican food and drinks. I couldn’t have been more happy with this, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody visiting Singapore.

Executive lounge was well worth it. Staff in lounge friendly and helpful. Being a smaller hotel meant no long wait for the lift. Concierge service was very good, even taking shopping to the room. Public transport close to hotel. Cake and fruit offered for our anniversary greatly appreciated.
